Study Shows Osteopathic-Trained Physicians Receive Similar Milestones Assessments Under the Single Accreditation System
A team of researchers from the ACGME and Yale shared results from a new study showing that following the transition to a single GME accreditation system, osteopathic-trained primary care physicians receive Milestones assessments similar to their allopathic colleagues. "These data reinforce that both types of training prepare residents well for their roles and successful graduation from residency."
