Physician Well-Being

The ACGME provides an update on recent efforts related to the Physician Well-Being initiative.

The Commonwealth Medical College Bestows Honorary Doctor of Medical Arts Degree to ACGME CEO Thomas J. Nasca, MD, MACP

Dr. Nasca, who served as principal speaker at the ceremony, was chosen to receive the degree for his leadership in American medicine and early involvement in advising the founders of The Commonwealth Medical College (TCMC).

The first Thomas J. Nasca, M.D. Award for Distinguished Teaching and Dedication to Student Medical Education was presented June 1 at the Sidney Kimmel Medical College Class Day Program, named to honor the ACGME's CEO.
