Paige E. Manz, MBA

Chief of Staff

Ms. Manz serves as the ACGME’s Chief of Staff and works directly with ACGME President and CEO Debra F. Weinstein, MD, to oversee, prioritize, and facilitate key organizational projects and processes in collaboration with ACGME Department Chiefs. Ms. Manz contributes to organizational strategic planning, serves on various committees, and helps ensure that emerging issues and opportunities are addressed efficiently and effectively. She also supports matters related to the ACGME Board of Directors and affiliated organizations.

Prior to joining the ACGME in 2025, Ms. Manz served as the Academic Chief of Staff at the University of Michigan Medical School, where she supported the dean and other senior executives in advancing a tripartite mission through operational leadership and cross-functional collaboration. She has also served as a Chief of Staff at the Federal Bureau of Investigation. With nearly two decades of experience in strategic operations, executive advising, and organizational transformation, Ms. Manz provides deep expertise from her leadership roles in health care, academia, and the federal government.

Ms. Manz holds a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, and she earned her Bachelor of Arts in international business and Spanish from Adrian College. She holds certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Internal Auditor, and Certified Fraud Examiner.
